I wish I had more positive things to say about the coming winter 2011 through the winter of 2012, however, it is not looking good. This is an over-view of what I see happening in 2011 and continuing into 2012. I feel that major earthquakes could strike – Japan comes to mind. Alaska will see stronger seismic activity than usual and India will experience similar activity. I see danger in seismic activity and an earth quake that will affect the world and this will create a tsunami and a big one. There will be residue and danger involved in this one.
Very strong weather patterns will predominate the 2011 year, especially in the Carolina’s and the north east coast line; possibly New York and New Jersey. They are going to get very wet and there will be flooding. Basically, there will be major drought in the southwest and wildfires will predominate and devastate a lot of land.
There will be more social unrest in the mid east and people will be killed by their own governments. Oil prices and gasoline will become very expensive and many people will suffer in January and February well into 2011 with continued job losses . There will be many more social up-risings in the middle east. There will be violence in the streets on a major scale.
Europe, Greece, Italy, Ireland and Portugal will also be in the news as their economies face a major financial crisis. The US will get involved one way or another. Europe in general will face a financial crisis much like happened in the US in 2008. The US will face the same credit issues – possibly a downgrade in our own credit ratings. Watch the stock market when it is announced.
Mexico will continue to have major problems between the government and the drug cartel. Expect the President of Mexico to appeal to our Congress to ease tension. Oil will be one of the focal points to watch as the cartel continues to steel more of it from their own pipelines in Mexico. Their pipelines could undergo damage from the rebels and at considerable cost to the Mexican people.
Generally, prices will continue to rise for food and most everything we buy here in the US. Many people will have a strong sense that the government is intentionally lying to us about the ‘jobless recovery’ and ‘no inflation’. More and more mistrust of the government will be evident as the year progresses. The housing market will continue to lose ground over the winter months and will be under reported by the media. As more jobs are lost, a feeling of anxiety, insecurity and depression will permeate the USA.
There will be more scandals coming up in 2011 in our government. The general public will become even more aware of wasteful government spending because the people suffering are getting no relief at all. The Congress will be facing gridlock on many issues, including healthcare, medicare and our deficit problems which will remain a topic much of the year. The main issue will be government spending.
There will be ridiculous compromises in the Congress just to get bills passed. And yes, they will have ear marks. All will include more spending even though the general public is fed up with mis-spending of their tax dollars and hard-earned money. It will be apparent that it is more about power struggles in the Congress than it is giving the American people what they really want and desparately need; jobs and a safe home to live in.
We are going to hear more rumblings about a change in social security which will affect millions of people who depend on it. It will become apparent that much of the social security money has been tapped for other uses. Basically, it is bankrupt.
The price of commodities such as gasoline, heating oil and natural gas will be on the rise over the winter months well into the year. There will come at a time when people will feel it the most; especially right after a lean Holiday Season for many in 2011. Oil shipments may be delayed in the colder regions due to snow, especially in the UK. We will begin to see inflation more and more as the year 2011-2012 rolls forward. Everything you buy will cost more. Food will be no exception. Be prepared and stock up now on the things you use the most; you’ll be glad you did.
States will see many cuts in services, such as police and fire departments. Cities finally have to cut spending because they cannot print money; only the Federal Government can. Keep this in mind as you hear that some of these services will affect you and your neighborhood. The public will become very, very upset. Demonstrations start in a major city on the east coast – New York will be a hotspot for that. Dissension will heat up in the latter half of 2011 and well into 2012. This will be the start of visible social unrest here in the US.
I see more prisoners being let out of jail early mainly because the states, especially on the West Coast and namely California, have run out of money to support the existing system and there are no plans to build more facilities. This will increase the crime rate in densely populated cities, especially in California. This, too, will be under reported in the main stream media. Expect robbery of things we don’t normally think of like copper wire. Anything metal that can be stolen will escalate like never before.

Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius, will cause you to want to expand, over-do and charge ahead. Patience is key here and learning to wait will build some self confidence.

Learn how to draw the circle
With your right arm, pointing finger extended, start at the north, proceed to the east and continue until you are positioned north again. At each of the stopping points, ask for the power of the North, etc., to be drawn down into the circle. Repeat this with each stopping point. Then you say your prayer, incantation, wishes or desires.
Always remove the circle starting from the west until you get back to the north.
Each of the directional positions has an element attached to it:
The north is the power of earch; the east is the power of air, the south is the power of fire and the west is the power of water. Picture each of these powers as you draw down the power at each directional point. Say your prayer, wish or dream, thank them for coming and ‘undo’ the circle with your right arm extended starting with the power of the west, then south, east and north.
You can light a candle before you begin. Some people also burn incense and also have a glass of wine as an offering (grape juice or cranberry juice can be substituted). Drink the offering at the end of the prayer then undo the circle.
These are fun to do and also help you to really focus on your desires. The key is to really emphasize your words with as much passion as you can muster. Intention put into words is powerful stuff!

Many of us have been reading for many years and have repeat clients over that time period. Psychic readings really get in to the hearts, heads and spirits of callers. Regular clients call often enough that we hear their most difficult situations, as well as the joys in their lives.
Over time it feels as if we really ‘know’ them and clients can often feel the same way. We hear your pain and celebrate your joys with you. Even though we may never have met in person, we often develop important and lasting relationships. Some of us are available 24/7 (or close to it) and are always there when friends, family or relatives are not.
We basically devote our lives to helping clients cope with life’s issues, be they good or difficult. It is not unusual to go through several relationships with the same client, especially if they have been a ‘regular’ for a long time. So, in a way, we do become their friend, so to speak.
However, what callers may not realize, is that, even though we are friendly, warm and caring, we are always focusing on the client. Clients do not focus on the reader. In other words, it is, in a way, a one sided relationship in which the client is the main topic of discussion.
It has been my experience, that clients are not really interested in hearing about the reader. Psychic readings are their main agenda, which is understandable, as that is what set the ‘tone’ of the relationship in the beginning.
Once the professional relationship boundary gets broken, it is usually the psychic that feels differently about the situation. Most of us do not really have an interest in sharing about our personal lives. In order to keep the relationship on a professional, yet, friendly level, most of us just concentrate on the client – it is not usual for this to happen the other way around.
Professional boundaries get broken when the psychic starts talking about themselves. Somehow, this begins to erode the relationship because the client wants to be the center of the relationship. It is difficult for the reader to really become ‘friends’ with the client because the client is not open to or receptive to be on the giving end of the relationship.
The relationship was formed with the client at the center, which is as it should be. Once the reader starts to divulge personal issues they may have, the client, usually not equipped to really help the reader and feels that they can no longer get what they need – a psychic reading, astrology reading or a tarot reading.
We get to know your day to day lives, your children, friends, pets and relatives. We get to learn about you over the months and years we read for you. Most professional psychic readings are just that and need to be kept that way. It can be a delicate line crossed when the professional wants to engage the client in their lives.
This begins to destroy the original and professional relationship and should be kept to a minimum. It is a fine line and needs to be handled well so that the client can continue to get what they are paying for – psychic readings. The personal issues, desires, hopes, wishes and dreams must be kept down to a minimum if the client/psychic relationship has any chance of surviving. It is best to stick to the client’s issues and keep your personal thoughts, opinions and wishes for the client to yourself.
Most people in this profession find that they must prepare for work each day, just like you would if you were going off to work in an office. Our offices, for the most part, are in our homes. Most of us have a special place set aside where we give psychic readings.
Place is very important just as it is for those of you who work away from home. If you were to do your work from a different desk, it would feel just as awkward as it would for the psychic if they worked from a different location in their home. Most psychics who do this professionally have a certain space that feels right for them and they will usually always go to that place each time to give psychic readings.
Some who do this work meditate each day before starting their day. Other’s burn candles, light incense and do prayer work. It is also common to work with crystals or pendulums before the work day begins. Some people simply have their morning coffee or tea to get fully awake before their work day begins.
It is fairly common for psychic tarot readers to do their own reading before the work day starts. This gives them a heads up of things that may come up during their day. It can warn them of issues that callers may be facing that day and this can get the process going for those who use the tarot.
Some psychics simply go about their morning chores and go to work at the same time each day taking their appointments and phone calls. For them, it is not necessary to do any sort of preparation before their day begins. They are just naturally always in tune and ready for callers, day or night.
Taking breaks is important to most of us who do this type of work. Some get very tired after a long reading and take a long break before resuming work. Others prefer to work a split shift – one in the early morning and one after dinner. This gives them most of the day to get other things done and breaks up the pace.
The reasons for taking breaks can vary, however, the most important one is that some callers take lots of energy from the psychic, astrologer or psychic tarot reader. Most of us will take a break after a particularly difficult call. Callers often have some very sad and complicated issues which can drain the energy of the reader and this requires some re-grouping time. So, taking a break is often a necessity just like it is for someone who has a grueling day in the office. Most of it depends on the circumstances and difficulty the caller may be having.
While everyone has a different style, one thing is very clear and that is to make one’s self personally ready so that they can do the best job possible for callers who seek their help. It may differ from person to person, but, basically, people need some sort of a break during their work hours to focus on other things for a period of time. This, again, varies from reader to reader.

Armageddon believers have descended on the small village of Bugarach in the southern French hills. They contend that the mountain, Corbieres located in the Pyrenees mountain range, is a safe haven for the demise of the world in December 2012. They are apparent followers of the many legends that surround this area.
December 21, 2010 marks start of the two year count down period before the end of civilization as we know it, according to followers of the Mayan calendar. This is the only group that has so far actually migrated to what they have determined to be the safest place on earth to be when December 21, 2012 hits.
No one seems to know what their goals are. If nothing happens on the supposed end-of-the-world-day, then what is to become of this group? Will the group gain more members? What will take place should the big day come and go with nothing but another sunrise? Fear is growing among the village members as to what will become of their once quiet town.
Since the middle ages, the mountain, Corbieres, is believed to have special spiritual powers. Many legends have surrounded this area and especially this 4045 foot piece of rock called Corbieres.
The village authorities are not happy about a tent city that has arrived and set up camp just outside of town. There are many concerns about crowd control as the date draws closer in two years. The mayor of Bugarach, Jean-Pierre Delord is quite concerned about the new age pilgrims. City officials are making plans ahead of time to keep their own local people safe in case of turmoil.
The local people are not happy about this cult-like group. They have always welcomed tourists and hikers which helps their local economy. But this time things are different. There is concern that this Armageddon movement will have negative consequences and there are plans to bring in the military should things get out of control.
Tourism has always had a positive impact in small towns throughout France. But, tourists come, visit, and move on. This area is not happy about a group which has cult-like beliefs. There is also concern that these Armageddon believers will have more join them as time moves toward the big day, December 21, 2012.
No doubt there will be other migrations as the date nears. This is the first group that has actually moved to a special ‘safe’ place for the specific purpose of avoiding whatever negative consequences may occur. There will probably be other special places that will be taken over by similar groups. It just makes one wonder why they seem to pick a place and it takes on mythical importance because of ancient legends surrounding it.
